The staff at this hotel was super professional, friendly and always there to help. We felt very welcome.
We got a free upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. We also had a little balcony - great in case of bad weather. In case your room has no balcony, the hotel has a terrace as well that can be used by the guests.
There are a couple of very nice restaurants close by that offer excellent local cuisine. Highly recommended. The beach is also very close and we enjoyed spending time there.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book this hotel again. Recommended.

I had a beautiful room with a terrace which was amazing.
Also appreciated the pool and the other wellness services. Breakfast was really nice and they were even able to get me vegan alternatives which was a great bonus. On the day of departure I left very early and got a little bag with breakfast to go from the super friendly staff.

I loved the hotel the little areas with the antique furniture.
The staff were lovely, they made me feel very welcome, especially the men one the front desk, they were so helpful.
Especially Christian in the bar area who made time for me, when I was unable to go out because the weather was bad.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was lovely, with aircon and a balcony. The addition of a small fridge in the room was a great help. The pool and pool bar were excellent and as it was on the third floor of the hotel, had a great view to the sea. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful, from the receptionist, to the cleaners and the bar/breakfast staff and they made our stay even more enjoyable.
Breakfast was excellent with a good variety. Excellent cakes. The hotel has a very nice, even if not too big swimming pool, which we didn't use. We liked very much our room with a balcony from which we has a wonderful view. We could see the promontory of Portofino on one side and on the other side the port and the beach of Sestri Levante. We did not used the restaurant.
Good location, beach across the train tracks with a good amount of restaurants. (Must try Ugo pizza down the road )

Breakfast first rate, short walk to the beach where we lunched and later swam, and then had cocktails. A few nice shops and bars very close by. Lovely bar with a light supper was ideal for us, short walk back for a nightcap at the hotel.
Place was amazing! Staff all friendly and extremely helpful. I was pleased with everything at the hotel. I could not find a negative or anything that I wasn't 100 percent satisfied about! Out did any expectations I may have had.
