It is a nice, cozy, and warm place, the only thing to take care of is food, there are many restaurants, but some of them have only seasonal opening hours, and a lot of them are open only in the morning, closed during mid-day, and open again in the afternoon. The city center is nice full of little shops and stores, and every Saturday, there are markets in the marketplace.

Caorle is a family resort, quieter than Venice or Bibione. Everything is walkable as it is a small town. It has lots of restaurants and shops. The evenings are lovely down by the port and the old town.
The people that work here are super friendly! We had a great stay! You get bikes for free that you can use to travel faster from place to place! The Beach is only like a 1-2min walk away so you are super close! We recommend this place! The bartender was the best we loved having a few drinks at the bar and talking to him he was super friendly and funny! We loved it definitely booking with this hotel when we are coming back!
Amazing location, just by the beach, wonderful view from the balcony, great size of rooms, very clean and well equipped. The hosts are super nice and helpful - great atmosphere. We also loved the possibility to use bikes standing in front of the venue whenever we needed, without even asking. By the way the whole City of Caorle is so beautiful, clean and safe - amazing place for holidays
the hotel is very close to the sea. if you take into account another 500-600 meters of beach, then the closer the hotel is, the less you have to go to the sea. large balcony. the shower cabin does not leak. excellent pressure of hot water in the shower. presence of a microwave. there are many utensils for cooking. there is a large supermarket near the hotel.

I really liked the location, the sea is nearby, it's cool to walk early in the morning with a dog, friendly and smiling staff, the room is clean and tidy, the hotel was always very clean.

The hotel is located in the centre of Caorle and just 2 minutes away from the beach. Having the car park right beside the hotel was great. Staff was nice and the room was super clean with AC, small balcony and a ceiling fan. Breakfast was nice with home made cakes and biscuits and also continental options. WiFi was very good also.
Extremely friendly staff, location is perfect (next to beach) and proximity to City center. You get place on the beach for you and umbrella and sunbeds. On top of that there you can use bicycles and explore beautiful Caorle and its surroundings (there is nice 8km bicycle track). We will definitely come back!
The property is at a good location, not downtown Caorle, but for us as a family it was good that the place was not overcrowded. The pools being part of the facility is a great +, and gives you the alternative to the sea. Also the sea was in a close distance.
We stayed in this hotel for the 3rd time and will be back next year again. Clean hotel with great location and friendly staff, especially thanks to Anneska and Beni at the reception. 🫶

We chose this hotel thanks to its location right by the beach and it it didn’t disappoint. Having the sun beds included at no additional charge was great. The beds were comfortable. Diverse breakfasts compared to most Italian hotels.
It was great apartment, new, quiet and clean. Quite close to the sea (10 min walking). Swimming pool and animation existed as well but we didn't use it 😭
Beach is better than in Caorle itself as the sea is deeper and less people.
Very clean, extremely nice and considerate hotel owners. Our child got sick and the hotel owners kindly agreed not to charge us for the one extra day we had normally reserved. This is true and honest saleswomanship!
The breakfast was fantastic, cleanliness superb, and staff very helpful. The bikes were a wonderful and convenient option to explore the town even though the hotel was walking distance to the beach.
I like location of the hotel, next to channel, walking distance to the center of Caorle. Guests can use hotel bikes free of charge and hotel also offer electric shuttle bus to the beach.
It was fantastic that it was so close to the beach. The suite was exceptionally equipped, excellently clean, quite, calm. Everyone at the hotel was super kind and helpful.
