As a queer couple we felt respected and welcomed. EV charging worked without problems. The spa has everything you'd expect from a hotel spa and is nice and clean. The other visitors were respectful and adhering to hygiene standards (which isn't always the case so I feel it should be pointed out). Overall, a relaxing stay. Perfect for a stop on the way further south/north, depending on where you're coming from.

The rooms are big and clean. There is even a small kitchen area, but with no cooking equipment. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices. In front of the hotel there is big free parking space. The staff was lovely.

Excellent hotel and great value/quality for the money paid. Check-in/check-out was very smooth, the hotel looks new and very clean, the staff is very friendly and it is one of the very rare hotels that has a fantastic mattress and you can sleep without back pain.
The Internet connection is great, and there's also a great "co-working" space where you can do some work if needed, just like in my case.
Esmeralda welcomed us like we we're family, as well as her collegues we saw the morning after. The room was perfect for a stop on our roadtrip to Toscana, simple but that's all you need. There even was a fridge! For a road hotel we didn't hear anything from cars or other noises. Breakfast was fantastic, I really recommend this hotel for a quick stop on your trip to South-Italy
I needed an affordable place to stop for the night not too far from Malpensa airport, and this hotel turned out to be a great option. Although the surrounding area looks a bit dodgy (city outskirts by the side of the highway), the hotel itself is great. The staff was very welcoming, the rooms were clean and well-designed, and the breakfast was amazing. Also quite cheap.
The rooms were very clean and comfy. It's one of the rare occasions that I see three towels given per guest, plus slippers! There is a huge TV available, plus a fridge and a safe. Breakfast was also super nice!
