A great hotel for visitors to Baghdad in an excellent central location. Value for money is very good, and the staff are friendly and helpful, and speak very good English. The rooms are smart, comfortable and clean, and of a much higher standard than those familiar with Baghdad hotels would expect for the price. Breakfast was very good, and the staff even took care of me after I had checked out, while I worked in the hotel's business room for a few hours, and I was provided with tea and cake. A very pleasant stay.

Good but need more improvement we cannot check anything online before arival like transportation few hotel open for online booking language problems no local guide we get easily and so many things .but because of some good people u can understand otherwise difficult .

Charging 5 usd for a coffee is outrageous.
Charging 10 usd for wash and iron a trouser is stealth.
No areas to sit for people who might get affected by shisha.
Whether its the smell on clothes, or the respiratory system.

I had an amazing stay at Babylon Rotana hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the spa treatment service provided by Alina. She was professional and attentive, and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baghdad.
Excellent hotel in a prime location! The manager and the rest of the staff were also extremely helpful, telling me places to change money and answering many other questions for me. Breakfast is good and is served in your room. The bed was very comfortable. I loved staying here!
For the price paid, everything was ok and as expected. The hotel staff were very helpful and ready to help when needed. WiFi worked great, shower had lots of hot water.

Great value for money, receptionist was speaking pretty good English. Located near a shopping street with fancy shops. Internet was working very well. Also the hotel helped to get a driver to the airport at 2am which worked perfectly.
I liked the hotel environment and access to several restaurants inside the hotel and even outside nearby, the hotel cleaning amazing they looks for details. Breakfast was perfect. the 24hours caffe at the lobby are nice.
Heavy security checks/ security presence before entering hotel gives you feeling of safety. Rooms are comfortable and neat and clean. Lobby area is big and very relaxing. Breakfast has limited choices but good.
I usually stay at Babylon hotel but it was all booked so I tried this one and it became my favorite!! Loved Tigris river view, professional friendly staff and okay night bar. Definitely coming again!
