A great hotel for visitors to Baghdad in an excellent central location. Value for money is very good, and the staff are friendly and helpful, and speak very good English. The rooms are smart, comfortable and clean, and of a much higher standard than those familiar with Baghdad hotels would expect for the price. Breakfast was very good, and the staff even took care of me after I had checked out, while I worked in the hotel's business room for a few hours, and I was provided with tea and cake. A very pleasant stay.

Good but need more improvement we cannot check anything online before arival like transportation few hotel open for online booking language problems no local guide we get easily and so many things .but because of some good people u can understand otherwise difficult .
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Taj hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. The hotel location was amazing, and it made it easy for me to explore all the nearby attractions and restaurants . What made my stay truly exceptional was the friendly staff, especially Yasen, the receptionist. He was always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. His kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression on me. and the airport drive was truly VIP
Looks so much better than the photos! They need a new photographer. The lobby and restaurant looked like a palace indeed and my room was huge. The staff made me feel like a guest, not like a client. Of all the places I’ve stayed in Baghdad, this one has the highest price to quality ratio. The area around the hotel is good to take taxis to major sights but not very walkable. Breakfast has rich choices. Cleanliness is a 10. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Overall, book it and you won’t regret it.

The hotel was very nice and quite modern.The breakfast was fresh and delicious every day. We had plenty of food to choose from.
The room was clean and big enough for us (compared with other countries). We were also very pleased with the room amenities. We had even toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and a shave kit.
Most helpful staff of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Mr Nasir will handle everything for you from arranging tours to airport transportation. The front desk staff were also wonderful. The hotel's airport driver even took the initiative to expedite my immigration process (ask for Mr Nihad for airport pickup). Great location as well.
The hotel itself is pretty nice, large, oldschool rooms with full interior. The breakfast was superb with a large selection of hot Iraqi dishes. Location is where all the other hotels for foreigners are, you'll need a car/ taxi to get around in Baghdad anyway, but this one is in walking distance of both Tahrir and Firdos Square.
New building, close to shops on main street. The hotel is clean and well kept. The roof top restaurant is great with indoor, outdoor seating and good food. Management did help us to check in early, since we arrived at 5 am. and it happened that they had a room available.
The whole team of the hotel were supportive, the resectionist, the waiters, the team leader, breakfast all perfect, even the security team were really kind and helpful, thank you Point Hotel
I made mistake in booking this hotel bcz of its location, my job inside baghdad , so when i had no show to this hotel they detected my all the cost of my stay despite i notified them
