No doubt the service is great the staff and food is top notch but honestly the interiors were not pleasing enough quite boring basically as it is next to a hospital

After the first night there, I booked into another hotel. I couldn't wait to get out of that depressing atmosphere. I had to stay in my room for a long time each day to work, but it was too depressing to be in such a dilapidated room. It was filthy & mattress worn out. Tiles were cracked.
Do not waste your $ on such a filthy place. REceptionist doesn't understand English. I had to write it on a piece of paper for her to read.
It is not a hotel set up for tourist. After the first night there, I went to the counter & barked at the receptionist, "Checking out. Not happy here." She asked me to see the manager, but I couldn't be bothered. I made it clear I would give them a poor review, for the room supplied was too appalling.

It was fairly a clean area. The wall arts were a feast to travellers . Malls in this area were also well facilitated.
However Railway station n premises were very unclean and slushy when rains. rain water draining system to be improved and these public areas to have more civil servants and volunteers to assist commuters.Public transport facilities to support night travellers to be improved!

This is a village, NOT APART OF MUMBAI. The people here were very pleasant but not prepared for visitors. There are not many options for shopping and eating. As a woman, I felt very unsafe at night as some of the locals would not even let me call my own taxi because of the crime against women there.

Thane is the centre of Mumbai with equidistance from Mumbai Airport, Panvel, Borivli. Thane is green and lively. It is very safe and upcoming smart city, you have all kinds of food & restaurants, hospitals, schools, colleges. A great place to settle with family with nature but not far from the Metro.

The propert was under renovation. Although the room was O.K but basic things were absemt like tea maker. Breakfast was very expensive charging Rs.250/- per day which I did not availed.

It took long chasing and time for me to get invoice copy after checking out from hotel.
The hotel is located very far from Mumbai City, but it was very suitable for me, walking distance for business destination.
The staff are very good, reception lady is very helpful, housekeeping staff are very good. the hotel is clean, the food selection at breakfast is poor.
I am 59 year old . And had seen the worst hotel in my life .But this is the biggest worst hotel.It is a blot on the name of the hotel.There is buthher food in yhis hotel .And it is vwey small in size and the localty is slum area.
The reception and room service guys were very nice and helpful. The staff at the restaurant was equally good. Ambience was up to the mark but basically it is the staff that makes it a more happy place to stay.
Everything was good. Good suite room in budget price. Breakfast good. Very hygenic. Parking area descent. Friendly staff and very cooperative staff. Suite room is excellent in that price.

The peachy fresh fragrance, excellent cleanliness everywhere in the hotel, were a very welcome respite from the Mumbai monsoon.
The villa is very well maintained and at a very nice location. So near to Thane and yet so secluded. The caretaker provided very good veg and non-veg food. All of us Loved the stay.
Friendly staff and hotel is near all amenities and shops. Everyone could not have helped us anymore than they did, no request was too small and they were always happy to help!
I had great experience here, food and rooms are just amazing. I just loved what they give you in dinner. Loacation was also very nice and market was near by this place.
