We had a wonderful stay at Bracknell Forest. Excellent hospitality and good staff. All are very supportive and addressed and resolved all our queries very quickly. Full marks for cleanliness and food quality. We do activities like plantation walks and bonfires we enjoyed a lot. The property is very well kept and the rooms are very neatly equipped. The attitude and friendly smiling faces of all the staff make the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall very nice and comfortable stay enjoyed myself with my family.

The location was excellent. The view from the hotel was spectacular. The friendly staff made our stay pleasurable. The morning hike hosted by Sharath Gopalan was the highlight of my stay. Superb room with a balcony overlooking the Bazaar and a background of mountains. spacious and well equipped. Everything was clean and toiletries were supplied, but no toilet paper. Excellent location just up from the town bus station, where all buses call in. They arrange various private tours. I did a Tuk tuk tour to the top station, which had 10 fixed stops on it. And the driver was fantastic and delivered exactly what I expected, and nothing was rushed.

We have not stayed in this property. As per booking.com they will show pay at property. Once we reached property they said that we should pay 25% advance, since we have not paid there were no room available already sold out. Before giving our rooms to somebody they could to check with us. Last movement we arranged some other property, Due to this we travelled almost 80kms more.Better to change payment option as advance in booking.com

We got opportunity to visit spice garden, Tea plantation & Chocolate factory and some beautiful landscapes within a very short spell of time. I wish to come Munnar again to explore many more places in Munnar, where we couldn't due to lack of time we missed them.

Absolutely beautiful.
Absolutely beautiful. It was a highlight of our trip to spend time there - the air is considerably cooler and cleaner than other parts of south India so it was a welcome reprieve for us. I would say anyone going to Kerala should make it a point to go into the ghat mountains. But getting around was not easy! The roads made us all very ill. Motion sickness pills are a must. And the hotels, and towns, and tea plantations are all spread out so every day you basically will have to get back in the car for torture again. We didn't see as much as we had hoped because we were too ill and we also had not factored in how far apart everything is. But we just loved the mountain air and lush scenery anyways.

Munnar is a very interesting area to visit with a family, lots of activities for families, very easy to move around with Tuk-Tuk or for a better comfort with an open Mahindra jeep.
walking around the tea plantation is breathtaking, we could also see the Elephants in a natural environment, mind blowing experience.
We spent five days in Munnar and it was perfect.

One needs to visit Munnar during non peak season as the roads become very congested and lot of time is wasted in travel alone.
A minimum three days stay is essential to cover Munnar properly.
It is better to stay on plains rather than in properties at height and access to the property through uneven clay roads.

I enjoyed a lot walking around the tea plantations and visiting tea factory. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything needed for such a nice experience. The nature is very beautiful around Munnar with beautiful mountain views around. I would go there again if I could.
I did searched room in munnar around 1 month both budget friendly,safety and balcony.but Now i realised I got the best room ever.

Totally exceeded our expectations. The hotel gave us an upgraded room. Absolutely stunning and very comfortable and loved the view from the balcony. Luxurious feel to the hotel. Breakfast was amazing (rice, curry, fruit and bread). Staff was super friendly and attentive.
Hotel is located on the main road with busses going to up and down to/from Munnar / Kochi every 15 min. Next town with restaurants and ATM is at a mere 10 minute walk. Nice place to spend some time in nature with a fresh breeze and no chaos.
Tea and sky is the best place to stay in Munnar. The location was really central with the most incredible views and rooftop. The breakfast was delicious! The facilities were clean and the bed very comfortable. And the whole staff there are amazing. They went above and beyond and are just the nicest, friendliest, professional and most helpful people. They took us sight seeing for fun and really made sure anything we needed or any questions we had were addressed. Highly highly recommend.

We liked the hotel, quiet in the mountains and a short drive to Munnar Town. The staff were friendly and super efficient. We had laundry done at the hotel which was done fast and our clothes came back perfectly clean.
We had dinner at the hotel, made use of the excellent spa facilities and had breakfast also. The room service was also fast when we ordered coffee or cold drinks.
It is a lovely hotel with lovely views and friendly staff.
False advertising about the location, it’s not the gps location given. It’s actually called Casillda Munnar and it’s in Anachal on the big road. It also wasn’t clean. very overpriced.
The staff were very kind, I was only staying the 1 night before moving somewhere else close by so I didn’t bother complaining about the cleanliness. They kindly gave me a free moped ride to my hotel close by the next morning.

The Location of the cottage is fantastic and mind blowing. Its surrounded by nature with small waterfalls on your balcony side. I would recommend this place to everyone. Though it is a little inside from Munnar town, people who have car or rented bike can definitely choose this place. The hotel staff is very good and supportive. The food is very good.

I had a positive experience at this hotel. Mani provided excellent assistance with bookings and general inquiries. The rooms were clean, and the mattresses were comfortable. The location is convenient, with a Tuk-Tuk ride (50rs) or a 20-minute walk to the center of Munnar. Overall, a pleasant stay with helpful staff and comfortable accommodations. Wi-Fi was great!
The views from the hotel are amazing. My only concern at first was the fact that it is a bit far from Munnar but the bus from Kochi dropped me at the door and on my way back the hotel helped me stop the bus at the door again. Also a rickshaw to Munnar center only costs 300rp. Breakfast included, super comfy bed and the best shower I've had in the past 5 weeks!
The hotel is very well located, right in the centre of Munnar, but a bit away from the main avenue and so it is quiet, but easily accessible. The staff are very knowledgeable about Munnar, and very courteous and helpful. We had only breakfast there during our two-day stay, and they were very good with a a very good selection on both days.
It was exceptional. Would like to thank every hotel staff and the owner who were very polite and helpful.
