We had a wonderful stay at Bracknell Forest. Excellent hospitality and good staff. All are very supportive and addressed and resolved all our queries very quickly. Full marks for cleanliness and food quality. We do activities like plantation walks and bonfires we enjoyed a lot. The property is very well kept and the rooms are very neatly equipped. The attitude and friendly smiling faces of all the staff make the experience all the more enjoyable. Overall very nice and comfortable stay enjoyed myself with my family.

Superb room with a balcony overlooking the Bazaar and a background of mountains. spacious and well equipped. Everything was clean and toiletries were supplied, but no toilet paper. Excellent location just up from the town bus station, where all buses call in. They arrange various private tours. I did a Tuk tuk tour to the top station, which had 10 fixed stops on it. And the driver was fantastic and delivered exactly what I expected, and nothing was rushed.

We have not stayed in this property. As per booking.com they will show pay at property. Once we reached property they said that we should pay 25% advance, since we have not paid there were no room available already sold out. Before giving our rooms to somebody they could to check with us. Last movement we arranged some other property, Due to this we travelled almost 80kms more.Better to change payment option as advance in booking.com

We got opportunity to visit spice garden, Tea plantation & Chocolate factory and some beautiful landscapes within a very short spell of time. I wish to come Munnar again to explore many more places in Munnar, where we couldn't due to lack of time we missed them.

Absolutely beautiful. It was a highlight of our trip to spend time there - the air is considerably cooler and cleaner than other parts of south India so it was a welcome reprieve for us. I would say anyone going to Kerala should make it a point to go into the ghat mountains. But getting around was not easy! The roads made us all very ill. Motion sickness pills are a must. And the hotels, and towns, and tea plantations are all spread out so every day you basically will have to get back in the car for torture again. We didn't see as much as we had hoped because we were too ill and we also had not factored in how far apart everything is. But we just loved the mountain air and lush scenery anyways.

Munnar is a very interesting area to visit with a family, lots of activities for families, very easy to move around with Tuk-Tuk or for a better comfort with an open Mahindra jeep.
walking around the tea plantation is breathtaking, we could also see the Elephants in a natural environment, mind blowing experience.
We spent five days in Munnar and it was perfect.

One needs to visit Munnar during non peak season as the roads become very congested and lot of time is wasted in travel alone.
A minimum three days stay is essential to cover Munnar properly.
It is better to stay on plains rather than in properties at height and access to the property through uneven clay roads.

I enjoyed a lot walking around the tea plantations and visiting tea factory. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything needed for such a nice experience. The nature is very beautiful around Munnar with beautiful mountain views around. I would go there again if I could.
Lovely hotel located in an ambient place yet still close to Munnar city by tuk tuk. Run by an amazing, helpful, professional and charming host Mukesh. Rooms were beautiful, clean, and had a beautiful view to the forest. Very good vibes, smiles and an excellent food both breakfast and dinner.
My mum & I really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend to choose this place before you move your location to the buzzing city.

Friendly, professional, courteous Staff. Mr Veenu is exceptional and genuine human being. My mother in law is 84 yr old.. one of her wish list was to visit Kerala. She flew from Delhi to Cochin then we took her to Alleppey and Munnar. Grand plaza organised wheel chair for her. Service and location is good. My sister in law forgot her original mobile charger which Grand plaza was kind enough to post it back at no extra cost. Small things matters. Grand plaza is doing nice !
Beautiful hotel in stunning location. The staff were was so welcoming and helpful in assisting us with all our needs, going out of their way to make sure our stay was so comfortable! The executive room was excellent, and the balcony view over the mountains was perfect! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom facilities were amazing with a bath overlooking the mountains and spacious wet room!

all their photos are photoshopped. had to pay 12k for 1 night stay. don’t trust booking.com they have given them 4 star and genius tag. they are making money because of a similar hotel name which is a Kerala tourism property. The hotel is rooms are worth 2-3k, it’s like a treebo budget hotel. Overall horrible experience will not blindly trust booking.con hence forth.

All things considered, I was very glad I chose this hotel to stay in Munnar. Mainly because it is located in a walking distance from the city center, from a number of restaurants and also from the bus station, which was very useful. I had a very relaxing ayurvedic massage at the hotel's spa (but expensive, for India...).
Everything was good including spacious rooms, common dining table, sofa, clean bathrooms, each rooms with balcony with nature view.
Food was delicious, owner was helpful

Great hotel near Munnar with great facilities! We had the best stay at the Panoramic Getaway. The hotel isn’t in Munnar but it’s in a really great location. The heated pools were amazing. The rooftop pool was the best place to watch the sunset from the hotel. Food at the restaurants and for breakfast was good.

We saw wild bison on our walk through the tea plantations , organised by the hotel, and monkeys during breakfast swing from the trees.
