I had great respect for Punjabi sardar People, But my first visit Ludhiana, I almost lost it all, Because the Business man sardar are really not genuine and I truly i do not wish to deal with Sardar people. So ultimately Saradr Se bach k rahiyo if you are in Ounjab
Hotel is well located near Railway station and bus stand. This is the best usp of this property . I got a very good deal price thats why i booked it. Room amenities were really very good , swimming pool on terrace , enjoyed drinks poolside . Checkin was smooth , early checkin was not possible for me as rooms were not available . Had dinner at hotel . Food quality was good. one flute player was also there .. he was very good at his job , he was playing melodious voice
This amazing hotel was 5* luxury from the moment we arrived. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It was very elegant and smart. They catered well for my son's dietary requirements. The chef called our room and came to the table at breakfast. He cooked excellent food for my son's breakfast. He helped us with everything we needed and more. He is a credit to this fabulous hotel.

Apart from the location, nothing else
Staff was rude they charged us extra even after making all the payments online. Cleanliness was almost zero, the infrastructure was quite old, A.C, geyser, tv, wifi nothing was working in the hotel.
