Even in the hot summer, the weather was pleasant and no sweat. Places to visit in summer are Narayani Temple, Mapro Garden, Wax Museum, Tiger Point, Sun Set point etc. Had food maximum times in Meritas Adore Resort only because the Restaurant was too good for quality and variety.

Scenic Location. Tourist spots are ill equipped with conveniences like rest rooms or toilets. Noisy and clogged roads. virtually no Public Toilet Facilities anywhere and the few available smell terrible and are infrequently maintained.
People spitting all the time and everywhere.
Lots of very expensive Luxury Hotels.
Great if all you want to do is get away from Mumbai City and just chill out with a Bloody Mary or G and T by the poolside for a couple of days.

Lonavla is a great place for a short break from Mumbai city. Its crowded and tends to be noisy. But... there are villas and resorts tucked away in nice corners that do afford peace and tranquil. the road to lonavla...is less than desireable...neither is the exit route.
if you do manage to get there,, the rest is usually a decent fare

We went from Monday onwards so as to avoid the weekend crazy rush ....We stayed close to the railway station so that all the attractions were easily accessible... but then the place is equally crowded like any city ... if one stays little away from the centre of lonavala , then less crowd will be there.
For eating delights, Hotel Chandralok for Thali, Golden vadapao (avoid chillies chutney), Cooper's fudge, Hotel Annapoorna can be tried surely...buy some chikki which is a local attraction...

The overall experience is great and best would love to recommend to others. The host seems nice. The service is best. The balcony view is breath taking. The property is well maintained. The trip is totally worth due to this property.
We went there to celebrate my Dad's 90th birthday .Outstanding service at reception Urmila and Armaan took excellent care of us.
The Treehouse Cafe provides excellent a la carte as well as buffet. The Executive Chef Vinod Shankar and Sonal the pastry chef came to greet Dad and Sonal had baked a cake for Dad.
The suites are well laid out and a cut above other hotels in the area.
The property itself is tastefully decorated with distinctive artwork and the gardens have many well curated trees. Rhythm is an oasis of luxury in Lonavala.
We only booked leoncino villa a day before our visit, but what a little find it was! Our room was basic, nevertheless clean and spacious with an en-suite bathroom. The grounds were lovely though, and the pool in the left side of the bungalow wa big, but perfect for lazing around on a Sunday afternoon. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, they gave us local tips for the area, booked taxi's and rented us bikes. If your looking for some cozy accommodation in the lonavala area, don't look any further than here!
Nothing to like any thing. It was my anniversary surprise planned but Hangout villas ruined the same by refusing to accommodate as per booking. They literally sold the same to other party. Staff is so unprofessional that they are teaching the business to me. And arguing about not confirming the booking instead of feeling sorry. The unprofessional staff n hotel I have ever meet with. They are also blaming Booking.com . I urge booking.com to black list this property.
We were greeted with warm hospitality by diksha. Our booking was for 3 nights in which we stayed 1 night at other hotel and 2 nights at empyrean . Both properties are beautiful and clean. Food and restaurants interior drawings was also good. It Was one of my best experience...very clean & hygienic place. Wanted to take a moment to thank everyone at Empyrean Stays for making our stay so wonderful.
- Service was amazing! Athrila, Pratik, Sandipan, Anil and everyone in the cafe were absolutely fantastic! (sorry can’t remember all the names but they were all FAB!) The house keeping and in room dining staff were very efficient and helpful. Overall 5 star service by staff despite working such long hours! These guys deserve recognition!

Nilesh and his manager treated us well. Since there was an electrical issue, they shifted our room to a better hotel for free of cost. This property is located in a calm environment. Recommend for short stay in lonovola.
The hotel was right off the highway soon as you enter Lonavala, so that was a plus. It made getting there fairly easy as well as when leaving Lonavala we didn't have to travel far to get to the highway and be on our way.
