I was impressed by the infrastructural developments- roads & high rise buildings, the Malls (Millinium) and very busy life in the city.
However, improvements exist in areas of securing taxis ride WITHOUT THE PHONES!

Pune has a long and great history.
Pune has a long and great history. It spans From Shivaji Maharaj through independence movement till now. So plenty of things to see and enjoy. There are no modern parks, but big shopping malls, with sometime pass thrown in. It has good golfing facilities and great natural beauty to visit within an hours drive. The issue is traffic and long driving time. Also, you may not be able to locate places of interest with the help of map. Getting some sort of help will save you time. The Metro rail is coming and hopefully by 2025, the commuting will improve.

Pune .... i have found this best eating place i ever had.
Pune .... i have found this best eating place i ever had. You get just right teast at any restarent .... let it be well decored or just a Dhaba kind the food quality is ever satisfying. Let it be south indian, Punjabi or wall of China ..... they prepare it well. And thats not all .... it suits your pocket too.
Pune Bars (permit rooms) are just fantastic. Not only the drinks but the bitings you get along (generally they are on the house) The decore of most of bars is really good. You can find a bar which can suit any pocket condition thats a best part .... and then with low budget you dont land at lausy place ..... thats amazing. I shall say Pune is a place for those who like to wine and dine fine ..... any way who dont like ??

Location of the property was great... Cleanliness was normal... Food of the kitchen was not upto the mark... Broken glasses pieces which were strewn around a part of car park in basement cost sever damage to my all four car tyres..I was fortunate to have been alerted on low tyre pressures on a fuel station...The treatment of the tyres cost me Rs 6300... All due to the negligence of property management.

"A hidden gem in Pune! Treebo Trend La Paradise exceeded all my expectations. The ambiance was charming, and the staff was incredibly courteous and attentive. The room was tastefully designed with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel's central location made it convenient for me to explore the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay."
Hotel is equipped with facilities like small gym, restaurant, Staff is supportive with limited empowerment. If i have to compare the stay for price i paid it is ok .
I have stayed in some standalone hotels in Pune paying similar price , but rooms was pretty good in compare to this hotel.
Very unclean. Gave a slightly shady feel. I have known Bloom from Blr and Hyd. Pune was really something you need to think about
