Location, cleanliness, since it is just 12 months old, things were quite new. The staff was courteous. We had some issues regarding the water supply, but they were promptly addressed. The breakfast buffet had a nice spread and tasted good, covering Gujarati, North Indian, and South Indian cuisine.

The area in which the villa is located is amazing. So much beautiful nature and so many birds. The room was big, comfortable, well equipped, had toiletries, a fridge that actually cools and a kettle including coffee and tea. We enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable garden chairs. Dinner was delicious. They installed a wifi router in our room when we arrived and the internet in and around the villa worked well. The villas
looked quite new. Although there was airco available we did not have to use it as it was getting quite chilly during the night. It was possible to pay with card (+3% bank charge). Overall a nice stay but some issues to be fixed (see below) to have maximum value for money.

In Kelwara town there is 4 or 5 hotels. Just check the best for you. You will find it with no need to book in advance.The price on web is really overprice for its quality. Just arrive and try to find the one you like. Surroundings Khumbalgargh there is more than 20 hotels... No hot water. No wifi. No changing bed sheets. Young guy working very attent to your needs. This place is amazing like you can never imagine what's going to be next in the coming way. weekends are very crowded so there is parking issue. The Wall of Kumbhalgarh on the other side of Village is clear and the view is superb.

The room AC was not working and after 4 hours was able to push them get or working.
Their response was not good stating that they were sold out and could not offer an alternate room.
The required corrections were done after strong follow up and four long hours.
House keeping policy of the property is tonclean room after 14.00 hours only - precisely the time you usually wish to rest after lunch.
Housekeeping staff adamant that they would not clean the room later if you are resting is something unheard of and pretty high headed.
Would surely advise caution to those planning to book this property.
The internet does not work except for reception area which was very inconvenient.

Kumbhalgarh fort with all its history is a must watch atleast once.The fort leads us back in time when the brave Rajputs were one of India's greatest warrier clans.The sheer architecture of the fort makes us marvel.The temples,sound and light show and Jeep safari are just icing on the cake.The roads could have been much better and the Diwali rush is much more than a pain in the neck.
The hotel is bit away from the Kumbhalgarh fort. But it is quite well maintained. Rooms were spacious and opened on the common balcony shared between rooms. The view of the mountains and swimming pool was good and pleasant. It was quite cool in the evenings so we didn’t enjoy the pool.
Breakfast and dinner was good and tasty. We did not experience any safari’s so cannot comment.
The stay felt very premium - big room, comfy bed, warm welcome from staff, beautiful view of sunset from our balcony. It’s a beautiful spot to relax and explore the area around Kumbhalgarh for a couple of days.
The buffet breakfast is fantastic, especially the live egg and dosa counter. Overall we felt so well looked after by all the staff, from beginning to end.
Amazing hotel , from the moment we arrived it was wonderful, the location is great, very nice view , great pool , unfortunately we only came for one night, we would easily stay longer

spent the weekend at Treebo Trend Hotel Kumbhal Castle and it was seriously lit! The rooms are cozy and chic, the rooftop terrace is perfect for sundowners, and the whole vibe is just chef's kiss perfection. Already planning my next getaway!
