The staff were very helpful. The room had some broken furnitures. But all other AC rooms were full. Only Non AC rooms were available. Due to the hot climate I preferred the AC room inspite of the broken furnitures.
To my surprise the staff discounted the final price and were also helpful in making the rest of my stay comfortable. I would give 5 stars mainly for the staff behaviour though the room condition and cleanliness was little okayish only
