Amazing service by all staff - food was very tasty, chef specifically made Kerala-style puttu at the request of my mother! The facilities are all clean, and the hotel is especially great if you want to get involved in activities as they have a list of things they offer each day (includes a guided group walk to nearby waterfall/bonfires/cooking lessons with the Chef…etc).
