Staff is very friendly, from the valet outside to the front reception, the cleaners and the restaurant staff which serves food 24 hours a day.

A commercial city with not many tourist places to explore. The majority of renowned brands of hotels are present in the city. The city has many shopping malls to shop from. Avoid eating at much-hyped street food outlets as the cleanliness is a serious concern and also the taste. We traveled in the personal car so getting around was easier.

Jalandhar is more of a business city, but if you need to...
Jalandhar is more of a business city, but if you need to travel through, it's worth staying a day or two. Check out the Haveli--the authentic Punjabi restaurant and cultural museum-- and the shopping centers. There's Model Town as well as a huge mall complex with great movie theaters.
I have stayed at this hotel for many years and every time I visit Jalandhar. Whilst the hotel is a little tired now and could do with a freshen up, the service is exceptional. Especially Manmeet at the front desk and her colleague Pramod. The first class service continued in the restaurant where one of the members of staff Love always provided a service with a smile. I went to Jalandhar to stay for two days. Staff is good. Room is not good. The paint of the wall comes out and water was leaking from the two walls of room. I think mostly it’s because of bad construction. The corridors not neat. Breakfast is not good and doesn’t have good Indian breakfast.
This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We’re in town for a stressful event and coming back to this room was very peaceful. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city.
First day, the breakfast was restricted to only one portion of either eggs/sandwich or paranthas. However, from the 2nd day onwards, the hotel ensure that it was an unlimited buffet for the entire duration of our stay. The staff is well trained, courteous and ready to help
Hotel is easy to locate, very close to the highway. Rooms are super clean and well maintained. The onsite restaurant serves delicious food. Overall, it's a great hotel. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a stay in Jalandhar.
I mentioned time 11 pm...but there is locked...no one is there to open lock....i must find another place to stay...can u imagine you are at gate of hotel and need to shout for half an hour...and no one is there to.open it...

It was a very bad experience as the hotel staff was rude and unhelpful. We had a small kitten in a cage but the hotel staff did not even allowed us inside the premises.
