I would rate zero stars for this hotel. Its not a hotel, its a apartment converted in to hotel with no standards of maintenance set. I don't know how they are rating 3* for themselves! Food was not eatable. Bathrooms are very dirty, flush was hanging down broken, water is leaking in the bathroom, WC were pathetically maintained, no kitchen facilities, very bad views from the rooms, Zero attention to hygiene in their hotel kitchen, cooks use slipper in the kitchen & it was too messy to watch how they cook. I booked this hotel due to in room kitchen facility, but they refused to give it for short stay. This was ticked yes when I booked the room! the list can go on...!! unfortunately. Sorry I don't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting 3* standard.
Only good part is front desk and house keeping staff is friendly and they do facilitate once you ask anything. They are not very trained though. They must hire people from hotel management backgound.

location . understanding staff . when ever we travel with our bikes we do face problems in hotels but arna management was fast to under stand our problem and did give permission to take our bikes to our room … thank you so much for the understanding .. one more positive thing was we were late for check out due to our event got delayed but they didn’t charge any extra penny thank you. the breakfast which is complimentary did meet the expectation

Drapes were switch controlled which I was not aware of as the switch was not showing the display well..the staff could have informed, it was one bad experience as the room was not dark in the night and I had no experience with electric drape control. This is a very bad experience for me.

The room was clean comfortable and it was not far to the airport which suited us. But the location is a bit lacking if we had wanted to venture out more. A sitting area would have been nice outside to get some fresh air as nowhere to walk. The restaurant was convenient although confusing for visitors. They had an a la carte menu but we we were strongly encouraged to have the buffet because it was busy

A nearby construction activity including loud hammering sound / noise , which starts early morning and continues for a long time, created a lot of disturbance of the guest's sleep / rest.

We ate in the local restaurants in Bagalur and in town that is approximately 20km away. We rented a car and drove ourselfs, but you need to be an excellent driver to drive in India`s cities. There is a lot of local transport like busses, rickshas, Uber, etc and it is really cheap.

Neat and tidy rooms, proximity to the Airport is good. The location of the hotel is in the midst of a small village area, so feels isolated. But if you are staying for a short while mainly for catching another flight the next day or so, then this hotel is a very good option.
One downside to note: the hotel doesn't have a lift. But the helpers at the hotel help carry your stuff to the above floors, so that's not a very big issue.
Overall, nice hotel for short stay very close to Airport.
The staff at this hotel is completely incompetent. And I am not exaggerating. They have made mistakes from the most basic service of delivering the meal that was ordered (wrong or incomplete at least three times in two days!) or answering my requests. Not a denial of my request. Just no answer at all. This place is a total disaster and a disgrace to the Taj brand.
Very close to the airport and great for an overnight stay before my early flight the following morning. The hotel arranged a car to take me to the terminal building, about 5 minutes away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. Apart from that, I didn't have time to explore the other facilities.
Managed by highly professional team specially Mr Vipin who has provided all the support during our stay as well as our other guests who came to attend marriage in Moongate resort. Checkin team, Mr Neelkanth was also very supporting and caring. Overall we all were very happy with our stay at hotel.
I didn't get a chance to try the resort with the hotel trying to impose a last-minute change on my plans. This is unacceptable given how early I had made the booking, but I suppose the saving grace was that the staff who spoke to me was quite courteous.
Hotel is beautiful, hotel vehicles were comfortable, excellent driver who helped us frequently throughout our stay. Hotel booking went smooth. Room was large, bed mattress was comfortable. Food was okay. Accommodation was fair.
Really like the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff was very friendly.. will continue to stay in this hotel on my visits to Bangalore.. and will recommend this to my friends as well..
I stayed in the hotel for 45 mins. Full of mosquitoes, fleabag towels with huge holes in them. Nearly fell ill with bug bites. Never going back there ever. Nothing to like.
