It depends what you want.
It depends what you want. I've been there several times as I have worked in India and it's very convenient for a short break before returning to the UK.There are a lot more tourists than there were even 5 years ago but it's the same nearly everywhere. The south of Goa is quieter and I guess so are parts of Kerala if you want beach but I haven't been for ages so not the best judge. There's a good choice of restaurants in Colva and the ATM usually works. You can walk around it in a very short time. There are lots of tourist shops selling the same stuff as every other tourist place in India. It's easy to get to from the airport. I go because I just want a short break in a convenient location with a clean beach.To be honest there are much more interesting places to see in India but they are not beach places. If you want beach go to S.E.Asia! Colva is fine but not "real" India.

There are loads of really good restaurants in Colva. They might not always look as Europeans expect, but when you go in even the smallest family restaurant the food is superb.
You don’t need to pay hotel prices for food.

Colva-South Goa has peaceful,serene beaches. It is not as congested as North Goa. The new roads make travel to north goa a breeze. We enjoyed food at Boomerang beach restaurant. Ensure you take mosquito repellent. Colva is situated near to other south Goa locations & it is easy to travel to North Goa.

Value for money was good.A bit long to walk to the beach .but there are buses that go to madgaon.we had tea which very tasty near by.not much rush at the beach.comfortable stay.3rd floor was given to us.next time ground floor I need being senior dona pav,churches,beaches,greenery arround,.we had food in panje karat hotel.it was good.best was near madgaon fish curry.too costly for vehicles arround.we are normal people south Indians too much pricy.

Colva is small and quiet located in South Go. If you're looking for action you should probably book in north Goa. This area is for resting, relaxing and there are a few bars where you can drink while watching the waves roll in. It's about 30 minutes from the airport.

Remember It's South Goa...It's calm quiet and not like North Goa....
Everything was excellent. The owner was very friendly & the place was neat & clean with all the necessary amenities. It felt very homely.
Close to Colva beach & you will find a lot of departmental & restaurants near you. If you have a car, it's a 1 hour drive to north goa as well. Everything in the Villa was in working condition, peaceful locality. All of us felt in love with this property.
Wifi was provided, there were even small notes to guide & remind us of every detail.
The room was huge. Could easily accommodate 3 of us. Well maintained, nice and helpful staff. Food quality and quantity was good.
Property is in south Goa, though quiet interior is excellent and and bang on the beach. Security is strict but polite and helpful.
Recommend to have your own transport since the Resort car rentals are expensive. Since the resort is in South Goa and if one would like to explore N. Goa, having our own transport will be economical..
Ambient, the vibs is dam beautiful ❤️, people are homely, and breakfast We got home made from downstairs staff. And most importantly they let us stay till 4pm, as our flight was at 6pm with no extra cost. This is because they had provision of extra rooms if there were bookings for the same day. Balcony where we seat and enjoy the most beautiful ❤️ evenings with kingfisher . If u want the budget trips to Goa. You should think of this place for sure.
Beleza is an excellent place to spend time with family in Goa. Its very clean, has good sized swimming pool, easy and quick access to beach, and restaurants on site, including a beach bar, that make it good to spend time within the resort. Check in, check out process is smooth, very efficient. Food quality a la carte is very good. Breakfast is good too with a lot of variety and live counters for eggs, dosas etc.
First of all i disliked it , and above all it is not a apartment or hotel or resort. They are not hotelier they are brokers Mr Avinash and Mr Prakash Parmar is cheating to the peoples. I request Booking.com to delist them as early as possible there is no such 1bhk, 2bhk they are providing very cheap lodge rooms which is very untidy. Dont go for such a cheap accommodation it is my personal experience.
The location is great..very close to the beach. You can also walk to colva beach which is hardly 900 mtrs in case one wants adventure or want to do shopping.

50m from the beach… beautiful property with 24/7 jeep access to the resort which ensures privacy away from the crowds.
Staff especially Ms Natasha and Mr Robbie were very courteous and food in their restaurant is also great with stunning views of colva beach
Everything on offer; very kind warm hosts, delicious breakfast, the privacy of the apartment, the pool and the overall vibe of the place. It's a complete value for money and would strongly recommend the property and the location for a peaceful stay in Goa.
The ambience is amazing. The scenic beauty around the property is mesmerizing. Sernabatim beach is the nearest beach to the property which is less crowded and you can find the calm sea best for swimming(if you can). The rooms are quite spacious.
Nothing. This is worst hotel i have stayed in Goa. It is a lodge, not a hotel. One of the most dirty property and smelled like shit. There was no manager and only a staff guy who does all the job.
Nice property. Neat and clean. 2 Kms from Colva beach but behaviour and facilities compensate the distance. Self strongly recommend the guest house for stay in South Goa.
Mr Sahadev was very helpful. Colva beach is just 2 mins walk away from the property. Also, there is a frequent bus service available nearby guest house to margao stand.
