The property is in a quaint location. The rooms were well kept, staff was helpful and food was nice. We were assigned the deluxe room on the GF, which has a pretty view of the garden.

Only the location and view is good. The rest of property is just passable. The main thing is the good view is only the Sunrise rooms but still old. Valley view rooms are fine but very small balcony and no good views. Suit rooms views are best in property but very stinky and bad smell in rooms. Bathrooms are also not clean. When I request to change rooms for a better view they charge additional ₹750 and ₹1000 for each room. Food from restaurants is expensive but all nearby restaurants were half price from the property.

We experienced cold and rainy weather most of the time. Hiking is beautiful but leeches are a BIG problem in the rainy season. Tea plantation s are everywhere and a re gorgeous but i didn't love the tea itself.
All in all its a good location for nature and serenity lovers.

Although reaching the resort was not particularly exciting , we quite liked the place once we got there. There are not enough signboards to take us to the resort from the main road. Fortunately we got the caretaker of the resort on the phone who gave us directions. If by any chance his phone was unavailable that would have meant the end of our holiday !! It is a clean place with reasonable facilities. Staff were more than ready to help us even though some of them looked a bit glum. Food was mediocre, a bit too spicy though. Would have been good if cloth slippers were provided considering that the floors were cold. Also a shame that there was no Wifi. Despite this I may decide on going there again as our family of 6 + 2 kids had a great time. There's a stream within the property which was really nice. Wish there was no litter lying around ( I know it is difficult as the property is huge). Don't miss the trek through the cardamom plantations !!

Good scenic beauty. Love to have stayed for another day.
Good scenic beauty. Love to have stayed for another day. Do good research about the place you are going to stay, don't just go by the name. When you are travelling with family avoid late evening and early morning travel the hillside beside road is mostly non Rocky so I fear there maybe a mudslide if heavy rains are there. Check the photopoint I have posted that's the only place for good background rest all other spots they just bulid up the back ground

Since the road from Munnar to Chinnakkanaal is damaged due to landslide, you need to travel neatly 50 kms through Rajakkad. And there's no tourist attractions except Anayiranghal dam, Kolukkumala and Tea plantations. Don't plan your tour to Chinnakkanal. Plan your trips to proper Munnar. There are no good restaurants too at this place.

Chinnakanal is a very beautiful scenic place.
Chinnakanal is a very beautiful scenic place. Most of the people go to Munnar as a habit ignoring places like Chinnakanal and get stuck with city crowd and traffic. If you are a person looking for silence and serenity Chinnakanal is the best. Also there is a number of site seeing locations like Aanyiragal dam, Kolukkumalai, tea estates etc for those who need outdoor fun.

The area is close to a hike(Kolukkumalai) and few other tourists attractions. One would require self transport to go around this part of the town. 2 days are enough to explore. The temperature drops low in the evening and one would require warm clothes.
The owner went over and above to adjust our late night check in and food arrangement. He and both of his sons took very good care of us. The hotel location is on a lakeside but the view is partially blocked by trees. Cleanliness was good. The size of the rooms are just about right to accommodate an extra bed. Balconies are provided for each room to enjoy fresh air. Parking space available for vans. Overall a great stay.
The hotel manager ribin and the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. We met with an accident on the way, and he sent a repair team to aid us. He arranged an off-road trip to Suryanelli and helped us set up a trip to munnar the next day as our car was getting ready. The facilities are very good and the rooms were very spacious with ambient lights. We had a wonderful stay for the weekend.
I recently had a delightful stay at a windy mist resort chinnakanal. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel like a cherished guest. The resort's serene surroundings, nestled among majestic mountains, created an atmosphere of tranquility that was simply unparalleled.
Unlike most of the new hotels and resorts the Sienna Village has more square foot of open spaces than rooms/buildings which makes it ideal for family and elderly travelers. The staffs are welcoming and pay heed to all your requests. Thankyou Sienna Village will be back.
nothing in particular, they charge 4 star hotel prices but the services they provide is 3 star or below. do not go by the photos they have put up. these are digitally created pictures. i have taken pictures of actual property
Wonderful view and great service. Location is a little off the main tourist locations yet close to the mountains and the sea plantation. The hotel team was very flexible and accommodating, rooms were clean and organized.
Very nice location with an amazing view and the staff was very caring and polite, we could feel at home! The hotel is having an infinite pool that we could use during the morning, couldn't expect better than this.
Location, and the rooms were with beautifu views. The hotel is close to all major attractions
Really comfy rooms and the restaurant offered wide variety of food and tasty!
