There is nothing I can say here which will explain the joy that this hotel provided. I almost don’t want to tell you anything because I want you to experience it for yourself.
If you can justify the cost, do it. You won’t be disappointed. Get them to pick you up from the airport. Eat in the hotel restaurant (especially the golden dragon) and just experience a true 5 star. I have never experience 5 star like this. Usually it’s about all inclusive 5 star. Whereas this is very much luxury 5 star and every single person you encounter at the hotel is dedicated to saying ‘YES’.

The city provide lot of options for stay, transport, food entertainment etc.

The incompleted metro might have been better if you know what you are doing. Mc Donalds a few steps up past the ATM cash machine is a good cheap option. Must do is India gate from a boat

I stayed for 4 days and loved. It’s very chaotic but once know how to get around etc it’s very easy and lovely people and charm. Great food too if like Indian food. The Indian wine sampled also very nice.
* Excellent customer service, ours began as soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance.
* Check in and room allocation full filled our pre communicated request for the best possible room.
* Staff polite and helpful.
* Breakfast and evening meal provided a wide range of excellent, high quality food, hot and cold beverages- all made according to individual preferences.
* Restaurants service impeccable.
* Wonderful pool and terrace.
* Convenient location for Mumbai airport.
Best part about the hotel were the chefs at the restaurant names being Mihir and Lad .They throughout out my 3 night stay took care of everything. I would surely like to give them 10/10 for their service and hospitality. Rest,hotel is centrally located next to airport which was convenient.
Location is close to Mumbai Central Station which is why we chose it. The breakfast is a simple, buffet style breakfast.
The staff, particularly the Receptionist, were very helpful and always smiling. The Receptionist arranged a very cheap taxi for us to the airport.
Staff were most accommodating. Facilities were 5 star, not sure why they are rated 4 star. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Rooms were spacious and clean. Shower was great. Loved everything about this hotel and its close proximity to the airport.
Worst ever hotel, especially the staff, their managers Hitesh Oza , Viraj Singh, as a 5 star hotel very cheap behaviours, utter non sense the way they handled the issues
