Owner also stays close by so quite easy to communicate if you need any clarification regarding location/ nearby shops etc. Liked the minimal gardening at the premises which kept property fresh. Rooms are quite spacious and kitchen and work area has all facilities. TV has been integrated with almost all OTT platforms and inbuilt speaker in hall adds good effect. Ambalapuzha temple is at a walkable distance.
