Gary greeted us and ensured we had an amazing stay! He deserves a promotion. He reserved a table for me and my wife because it was our 10 year anniversary. He gave us all the details of places to visit and kept checking on us to make sure the stay was perfect

The staff at the Hibernian Hotel were absolutely amazing, nothing was a problem, we reserved a table for 6pm and we arrived just before and were served our food very fast and it was exceptional, compliments to the chef as they were very busy on the Sunday night we stayed.

The hosts are delightful. Liam is wonderful to chat with. He has the gift of the gab (he must of have taken a good bite out of the Blarney Stone). His wife Jennifer made us a delicious breakfast and they both sang Danny Boy to us in the morning. Breakfast and a show.

Shanballymore is a very quiet small village in the countryside, it has one pub which opens Friday to Monday which was great for us to unwind and relax at the end of a busy day.
Local church is very nice we didn't go ourselves but most of the locals seem to go to it.
Becareful of all the farm traffic is there is a lot in the area.
