Room - how lovely to have a well-lit room. In addition to plenty of lamps, there were spot lights in the ceiling. A lovely big window too with amazing views. The room was big, spacious and clean. The bathroom had a bath and a shower - luxury!
The continental breakfast was fabulous. Delicious, homemade granola and brown bread - proper thick yoghurt too. Nice strong tea in a pot that didn't leak!

The property was very spacious, surroundings was gorgeous and it is only a 10 minute walk from the town. If you don’t like walking we were giving taxi numbers when we arrived but you honestly won’t need to.

Our stay was just so tranquil and just the break wee needed, host baked us a beautiful loaf with fresh jam. Just a short drive into carlingford which was buzzing with activities and plenty of bars for drinks and lunch
