Loved everything about this place. The owners were so kind and friendly to us. The entire house is immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was gorgeous and lots on offer. Yogurts, fresh fruit, cereal, juice and an extensive menu with hot options. Would definitely stay again.

I liked Roscrea and I did not find anything negative.

I liked Roscrea and I did not find anything negative. Rackett Hall was an ideal location and great value to visit Birr Castle and heritage sights in surrounding towns. The food in Rackett hall was excellent and we did not find it necessary to eat elsewhere. There are several golf courses near at hand and Roscrea is a very welcoming club.

    Lovely little town.

Lovely little town. Seemed very bustling in the business area, and St. Cronan's Catholic Church was beautiful! Also did some hiking at Orange Hill. Our only disappointment was the Roscrea Heritage Center, which was closed for renovation, and we had hoped to get help there with ancestor information. Despite being closed, the director and assistant were very friendly and helpful and gave us some great Roscrea history. Enjoyed our visit to Leap Castle, too.

Fantastic breakfast. We enjoyed an amazing assortment of fresh fruit and cereals before a lovely cooked breakfast. We were delighted to happen across this excellent B&B as the local hotel had no availability. However, we would not hesitate in making this our first choice going forward if we were to stay in the area again. Hosts were really welcoming and went the extra mile for us. The weather was very cold but the room was lovely and warm and the bed really comfortable.

The hotel as a whole was super, the rooms were both clean and very comfortable. The staff were great in dealing with a big group staying for 3 nights but I found them to be very easy to work with before and during out stay. The food was great and as a group of 15, everyone was more than happy with the selection on offer and the food itself.

Friendly reception. Organised a portable heater as it was chilly even when wearing fleeces and the hotel heating was off. Plenty of parking.
