Patricia is a wonderfully warm and welcoming host. She offers exceptional service and a wonderful home-cooked breakfast at the guest's preferred time each morning. Lovely decor, comfy beds and seating for a tv night in after a day of exploration, great oven to cook our pizza. We had a lovely nights rest and a chilled morning as well with a visit from a friendly dog who was part of the family.
