Excellent B&B. Superb food, nice room. We woke up to a sea view every morning. Steps from the sand. The staff. Manager Ola and all were so very helpful and inviting.
The hotel is ideally located between the buzz of Galway city and the relaxed seaside resort of Salthill.

Did not eat at the hotel but the property was very clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and had everything for the family. Room Service was available but choose to move out as was there only for a day.

Our room overlooked the gardens - beautiful! Breakfast was excellent and in a beautiful setting. My favorite spot was the abbey room for drinks - warm and inviting.

The Galway Bay Hotel excels at attentiveness and customer service. From pre check-in to throughout my stay, they ensured my husband and I were comfortable and had the information we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was also superb, with a hot buffet and continental breakfast, that felt plentiful in a relaxed setting. I will definitely return in future, and recommend.

My wife and I travel a fair amount and this is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at! The room was very large (not usual in Europe), very clean and well appointed. The hotel has a very fun bar and the food there is excellent too. We ate there for lunch and dinner and the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast provided each day was unbelievable. They had a large continental food section, but also numerous hot items you could order from the kitchen. The room plus breakfast was an outstanding value. We highly recommend you pick The Twelve Hotel, you will not be disappointed!

My brother & I were there for a funeral.
My brother & I were there for a funeral.
My purse was 'lifted' from the room 208 whilst I was at a funeral. We had checked out - just before funeral mass - and when I realised that the purse should still have been in the drawer in the room (after cleaner had been in) I telephoned. I was told - no purse. Shocked I asked if I could check. Sure enough drawer still contained the bagged hairdryer whose position had changed (now centre of drawer) but Mulberry purse had 'disappeared'
My parents loved this hotel. So disappointing

This accommodation is excellent.
This accommodation is excellent. Location is stunning, room was as shown on the website, very clean and view from room was a bonus. Having restaurant and bar facilities on site was a plus since we did not need to travel out for dinner. Would definately recommend it for a short visit and plan to return in the future.

Ideal for children with the proximity of the beach.
Ideal for children with the proximity of the beach. Excellent lunch and dinners. We didn't go anywhere else in Furbo. On our next visit we would make contingency plans for alternative activities in case of rain.
The location is superb - right beside the Furbo beach. We booked the family room which had amaaazing views, lovely furnishings and nice soft carpet, coffee/tea and biscuits and even 4 bottles of water and mini toiletries, which I did not expect in the B&B. This room is more like a boutique hotel room. The food in downstairs restaurant was top class and we also liked the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and efficient and nothing was a problem to them. We will definitely be back again! Thank you!
I've stayed in this hotel before, and the rooms and public areas have been renovated since my last visit.
Public areas are lovely.I stayed in one of the bedrooms that start with the number 2 and I found it soulless. It's all grey, all different shades of grey except the white sheets. It needs a colourful throw on the bed or colourful cushions to lift the room. I would not want to stay in this soulless room again.
We have been visiting this hotel for a while now and we absolutely love it. The location and the facilities are great. The indoor pool and jacuzzi is great to just relax on your holiday. The staff is very friendly and the service is on point. The rooms are nice and big and most of them have anaocean view which is amazing. Would definitely keep visiting this place :)
Padraicins is situated on the main road from Galway Bay to Connemara and has a large free car park.
My room was lovely and was quiet and beautifully decorated and very comforable with fabulous views across to Galkway Bay and Connemara beach. There is a walkway alongside the hotel to the beach.
The food was superb both dinner and breakfast.
Nice location right near a beautiful beach. The room was nicely decorated and bed very comfortable. Ocean view
There is a bit of traffic noise. Good food at the attached restaurant.
Mora was so helpful and always with a smile. Good location to either Galway or Rosseveel to catch the ferry to Inishmoor. Would recommend this place
Great hotel! A real holiday feeling, with lovely seaview rooms. Perfect location to discover the surroundings. We enjoyed the breakfast (yummy black pudding) and dinner (the fishcakes are so good), as well as the bar with live music!
Special thanks for the staff!! We had a warm welcome anytime
Very pretty grounds and hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms super clean, big and luxurious. The shower is awesome. Nice hot water. The view is fantastic. Breakfast is great and they don't rush you to get done. Near playground for the kiddos and a gazebo by the beach.
The Location was perfect, just off the main road we were travelling on, spacious car park, work along the coast with the dogs directly from the hotel. Easy reservation for dinner and breakfast next morning. Good menu choice and welcoming staff.
The hotel is in a great location; close to Galway and Kylemore Abbey. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
