Or indeed, if you just want to relax and wander around this very picturesque village. or along the banks of the river Nore. Excellent faclities, in the Woodstock Arms, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Just a short distance from Woodstock Arboretum and Gardens, also well worth a visit

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. The host was brilliant and the little touches, like bread, milk and butter were very thoughtful and much appreciated. Couldn't recommend this cottage highly enough. Bed linen was so soft, cottage was spotlessly clean, and the views were out of this world.
