The cottage is luxurious ,in pristine condition and equipped to a very high standard. The breakfast was excellent with a choice offered by the hosts in advance. The hosts were really helpful, pleasant and kind. They clearly went the extra mile to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. The cottage is located in a very peaceful area on high ground, where the air seemed to be particularly fresh.

Cahir House Hotel is on the town square, by the River Suir. It has a traditional bar, a bistro and a beauty salon, and offers free Wi-Fi in public areas.

Friendliness, help from Reception staff with all enquiries, especially a) when enquired about a meal, without knowing there was a big (Communion) celebration taking place in the main dining room, the very busy chef brought me a lovely meal. Then b) very early morning departure, night porter helped with bags, offered tea and light breakfast.

Nothing to dislike. The new person at the desk double charged us but evidently the regular day person found the error and corrected it.

The breakfast was hearty. It would have been advantageous to know the property was sold and minimal features are available. I’d have booked elsewhere.

As part of a charity cycle it was great to get an accommodation that had a pool and a jacuzzi for us to rest up. The rooms were big and beds were comfortable. Dinner was delicious and very filling. The scenery around the area was good.

Hotel Minella is an elegantly furnished country house on the banks of the River Suir, close to Clonmel town center and bordered by the Comeragh Mountains.

Breakfast was exceptional. We did not expect the level of service along with great food. Loved the ease of getting to the room through a side door and not having to go through the restaurant. Yes there are a lot of stairs but didnt bother us for the price and moderness of the bedroom.

Hanora's Cottage is a little gem nestled in the Nire Valley. It's quaint and really embodies old fashioned hospitality. The location right next to some wonderful walks makes it very attractive to outdoor enthusiasts and the food is set up to provide fuel for activity. The breakfast was out of the world, I have never seen anything like it real five star plus :-).
