Beautiful area. Went to see where a friend grew up. He wrote a book about his childhood in the area. The Big Yank by JP Sexton. People and countryside were friendly and amazing. Couldn’t have been more helpful and hospitable. Stunning views everywhere. Will definitely be back. Seaview and Farrens Bars, great people and fun live music.

Wow and wow again on the stunning scenery .

Wow and wow again on the stunning scenery . However don't expect to venture to the tip of the Malin Head, it was fenced off and private property signs were visible . But you still get close enough to take fabulous photos.

We had an amazing stay at Téach Róisin. The cottage is cosy and has everything you could ever need. The views are gorgeous, and the open fire is cosy for the dark nights. There are lovely walks nearby and bars/restaurants close to the cottage. It's a few minutes' drive from Malin Head as well. Rosaleen was a fantastic host. She communicated well and also left us some wine to enjoy. We will definitely be returning to Téach Róisin.

Staff were amazing, very friendly and efficient, owners are lovely! This hotel is a real gem with a beautifully decorated bar, a fantastic atmosphere and very decent bar food. Our accommodation on the second floor was small and fairly basic, but was excellent value for money. There is a lift which is unusual for a property if this size. Brilliant location, on-street parking no problem. Would happily return for a longer stay!

This is our absolute favorite place to stay whenever we are in Ireland. A serene, relaxing visit to such a lovely warm home. We literally just left and we are already planning our next trip here! Wilson is the best! He immediately makes you feel like family and you won’t stop laughing with him. The breakfast is also outstanding. We are addicted to the homemade brown bread! Thank you Wilson for another memorable stay!

The cottage was gorgeous and had everything we needed for our weeks stay, situated in a lovely quiet area with plenty of privacy. It is very close to Malin head and we used it as a base to tour around and everywhere was easy to get to from there. Thomas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area - thank you for the tip about viewing the Doagh Family Village, well worth a trip and we really enjoyed it.

Beautiful property - originally built in 1886 and wonderfully renovated and expanded by the host. Our room was quite large with a modern bathroom. The bed and bed linens were very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed visiting with the host who is very knowledgeable about the area. Prior to our stay here we had stayed at two hotels in Ireland and the breakfasts here were far superior. Delicious and customized.

Location to various points of interest especially Malin Head and the tallest point in Ireland , the ability to cook for ourselves with all amenities provided, space to spread out without being cumbersome to one another (5 adult family) , close to supermarket and take away for a chippy tea as well as a great local pub (all three can be seen from property).

Riversdale Country House is a nice bed & breakfast in a rural setting. Wilson was extremely kind and was accommodating to our schedule and provided a lot of suggestions for sightseeing during our limited stay in Malin. The full Irish breakfast was the best!
