The location and front aspect are great but it has little else to recommend it.
Maam Cross beautiful spot , 40 mins frm galway city. 20 mins to Clifden the capital of Connemara . 20 mins drive to catch the ferry at Rossaveal to any of the 3 Aran Islands . There is a lovely playground for kids in Maam 7km away n Clonbur a little village further on frm Maam has a bigger playground .
