The apartment above the home is recently renovated and superbly decorated. It is very high end in look and feel and is very cozy. There were five of us and we fit just fine in the two bedrooms and couch bed.

Ideal location if touring this lovely part of Ireland.
The old converted railway stock sleeps two in separate single beds.
It might be quite cramped for two if hauling much luggage.
If you're into a bit o' self catering and looking for a one or two night stopover, this sort of 'quaint and slightly outa the ordinary' alternative to the usual hotel/B&B will fit the bill nicely. Fully equipped inc: super fast WiFi.
I was travelling by motorcycle and there was very secure parking on the property.
Very helpful and friendly host without being intrusive,
Old but clean and everything worked nicely.
Shower, toilet, kitchenette, WiFi, designated private parking,
I've no hesitation in recommending it for touristy travellers.
Situated in Shanvally and only 36 km from Galway Greyhound Stadium, Abbeywest House features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking.

A small village, with a couple of pubs, a supermarket, a pretty marina and a castle. Decent free parking lot off the main street (not obvious, but it is there). Very convenient base for visiting Cliffs of Moher, The Burren, Galway.

Kinvarra was one of the most beautiful locations we’ve visited on the west coast of Ireland. It’s a pretty, peaceful and friendly village. Postcard picturesque, where people obviously take huge pride in their homes and locality, we enjoyed sightseeing, walking, feasting on oysters, listening to great music, and meeting the lovely local people there. It is a fantastic base for visitng local attractions, such as The Burren, Cliffs of Moher, Ailwee Caves, as well as surfing or boating at Lahinch or Doolin and shopping in Galway city. I would highly recommend Kinvarra and look forward to a return visit.

Kinvara is a beautiful village full of character.
Kinvara is a beautiful village full of character. There is a good choice of pubs and the location has the Burren on one side and stunning coastline on the other. Throw in Dunguaire Medieval Castle which is just on the edge of the town and you’ve got a lot to occupy yourself.

It's a lovely little place to stay and see the surroundings.
It's a lovely little place to stay and see the surroundings. The Burren, Cliffs of Moher, the caves, and Galway are all pretty close by. The town is tiny with a nice few restaurants, and there is no chipper but they have a lovely little pizza place with Authentic Italian pizza and Tiramisu. The bay is beautiful with the small fishing ships and the view of Dungaire Castle. The Castle is not open until the 1st of April though.

Kinvara is a lovely village with great restaurants and good old fashion pubs. Had dinner in hotel and it was very nice also had dinner in the harbour bar now that was one of the best meals we ever had and not to expensive
Fallon's B&B is a family run business and has been run by the Fallon family for a long time. The Fallons are friendly and helpful and Kinvara is always worth a visit. The location not far from the Burren and close to Doolin, the Cliffs of Moher and Co. is unbeatable. There are also lots of tips for excursions.
The location was wonderful and we were blessed with lovely sunshine. Lots to see and do close by, Kinvara just a few kilometres down the road and the lovely Traught beach just 1k away.. Noel is a great host and very helpful.
Large and clean house- a bungalow type with surrounding nature. Nice equipment. Optimal for trips via Burren, Arrans, Galway etc. Would recommend and return.
