Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We unfortunately had an accident away from the hotel and on our return the next day they were superb in their compassion towards us. We had to go home a day early due to the injuries sustained and they gave us a complimentary voucher to stay at a later date. In our rush to get home I forgot items of clothing and on request they parcelled them and sent them to me within three days. Superb!!!
