This beautiful and historic castle is set within 1,000 acres of woodland. On the banks of the River Moy, it boasts a restaurant made from the remains of a 17th-century Spanish galleon.

A architecturally quirky but very good, family-run hotel with interesting rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - especially Stephen the bar manager - and the evening dinner was superb with excellent food and service. Very comfortable and clean. All in all, an enjoyable experience.

It's a very nice family B&B. They're very friendly. The rooms are new and nicely decorated. They provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The breakfast was really good. It's only 10min driving from Killala where you can find a Centra and 3 restaurant.
Beautiful town with lots of excellent bars. Very picturesque and no short of places to take some amazing pictures.
The beach is a must visit, very sandy and waves high enough to surf, if you cant surf, then there are people to watch who can. Very close as well to Ballina which has all the major supermarkets in and is only a 12-15 min drive.
Be sure to have lunch before 4pm as all the places close at that time, even the takeaway pizza and pasta place

Beautiful little village located right on the coast with a lovely BIG sandy beach!
About 4 or 5 pubs in which to eat, and a cafe or two, along with an ice cream parlour.

The house was very clean. I loved that the kitchen / living room was upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs. The view was amazing and in the summer the outside roof terrace would be lovely. The beach was the best part of the location it's so easy to go for walk with the dog. The bathroom and washer/dryer downstairs was very helpful for me.
Having keys left in key safe when you arrive is handy and contactless for those wishing to have less contact.
The staff are really friendly and breakfast was very tasty. We stayed for 2 nights during a wedding at ocean sands. Walking distance to the hotel, even in heels!! Beach isnt far at all either, so found it very central for our trip!
Brought my dog and was given a room with separate access to the main hotel and really close to the beach. It’s a wonderful touch. The views from the restaurant were amazing and the room was clean and large.
We had three small children under three and the house worked very well for us. Kitchen facilities were perfect, everything in Enniscrone was walking distance. Couldn't be closer to the beach.
