We came with our 3 year old son for a trip / to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Thank you for the celebratory message / dessert in the room! It was a lovely big family room perfect for our needs. Friendly staff - lovely touch for the hotel manager to come round at breakfast to greet guest. We loved the pool area - children's pool inset to main pool and jacuzzi right beside it. Evening meal in bar very good with lovely view of river and live music. Playground beside hotel went down well. Lovely river walk from hotel - had a nice morning 5k jog! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Enniscorthy is lovely the bullying threatening security staff at hotel are not. Also the park has no grounds to it unlike they suggest there is a council park next to it complete with drunken antisocial yobs.

The town is run down with many delapidated buildings.

The town is run down with many delapidated buildings. Not enough shops and restaurants in the town to even spend a day - overall not a destination. Very steep streets so unpleasant trying to get around with a pram. Early evening gangs of young people congregated in square drinking cans - very unsociable atmosphere all round.

I would tell people that Ireland is wonderful.

I would tell people that Ireland is wonderful. But when you pay for something you don't use. And the company or Hotel know it wasn't our fault. They should refund us immediately. Show us what the real Ireland is all about. The beautiful country and kind people.

Nice town with some nice shops.

Nice town with some nice shops. Walk along the river promenade was scenic but unfortunately short as a bridge was closed due to damage. Another walk to Vinegar Hill was short (about one hour round trip) but with stunning views at the top. Enniscorthy is well situated for scenic and tourist attractions in the area.

Our stay was fantastic. I have given full marks for Location because if Enniscorthy is where you want to be, it is central. We frequented into Wexford every day so that was a bit of a drive. On our last night in Wexford we stay with another very well know competitor hotel in Wexford town, and they did not have a patch on The Riverside. We were disappointed we did not stay at the Riverside for the entire trip. The staff were great, the food was amazing and the wedding we attended was run absolutely fantastically.

Amazing stay at this hotel as I found it very family friendly , it was beautiful at Christmas time with all the lights ! The room was spacious enough for a family of 5 with enough beds! Breakfast was brilliant. Lots for the kids to choose from and breakfast staff were really lovely and whatever we needed for us and our kids they were happy to get it! The owner even came in and had a small chat with us to make sure we were ok which was a lovely touch!

Such a family friendly hotel. Breakfast was lovely and the bar was perfect for our dinner as our little one can be quite noisy, but with other families and kids around I wasn’t worried about her making too much noise. We were provided with a travel cot for our little one and it was perfect for her
