We went to the property and it was beautiful. We got a very welcoming reception from Peter.the rooms were beautiful and clean. If we wanted extra towels anything we wanted was available. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and great choice on the menu. Definitely recommend and would stay again thank you Peter and family for the attention to detail you gave us on or stay

Not my first visit here.Still love the place.The main bar has been refurbished which is nice but I prefare the old bar.Thats not a criticism, just stating my own preference. Food and drink are as good as ever if not better.In any hotel or bar,the staff can make you or break you.Staff in the city north have always been superb but this time around,they really took it to another level of service!!!!!Won't belong before I'm heading back.
Staff very friendly and heplful and gave us a family room with a double and 2 singles which it was easy on me. Will be back in april. Hope to get a family room again with 2 singles and double please on 4th flor. Food was amazing. Great hotel staff very friendly i would recommed this hotel to any one who has kids. Or families. Nice park fot kids to playoutside.
The hotel was exceptional clean. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the first morning was well organised and there was plenty of food and the staff were cleaning off the tables.
We had a lovely stay at the hotel . The cleanliness of the room was a tad below par . But the excellent staff made up for this . They were attentive and offered a great service and a credit to the hotel .
