Mairead and Tony were wonderful hosts and the room was very comfortable with view over the back of the property to the trees. Breakfast was in a spacious wing of the property with a great selection of cereals, fruit and cooked breakfast available. The full Irish and the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon were both superb and filling. One of our favourite stays and highly recommended.

The house was not too far drive from Rosslare which allowed us to quickly settle following a long boat trip. Car parking outside house. Location itself was excellent. All amenities we needed were close by and area very good for walkers [or cyclists].

3rd visit with no car, train/bus near by, the sound of the canal is just lovely, hail rain or snow its a lovely spot, went to killkenny a 20 min train ride, picked up a boat trip that was magical,, jimmys pub on your doostep, just spoiled myself

Eoin the host was a gentleman. I initially had booked it for just myself to attend the Borris Festival, and there was no problem adding a friend who decided to join me. All correspondence was seamless, and the accommodation was warm and inviting. Lovely warm comfortable house with everything you require at your fingertips. Would highly recommend.
