Great first impression! we arrived super early at 8am due to our flight landing so early and we only wanted to drop our bags off until 3pm but to our absolute surprise they let us check in early! we couldn't believe it! Hotel had a super central location with the Airport bus stop just a 5 minute walk away. All the staff we met throughout our stay were super welcoming and friendly / very helpful! The service we received was 5 star. Both food and drinks great too and room super clean and comfy - we will 100% be coming back!

Imteaz a duty manager was superb with a problem we had. It isn’t the problem it’s the way it’s dealt with that counts and I would give Imteaz 10/10.

My friend and I arrived at the hotel at 11am due to our flight times. We asked to leave our bags at the hotel while we explored the city and to our surprise the lady at the desk gave us our room. This was one of the highlights and very appreciated as check in time is usually 4pm and it was great to have a room this early. We were then able to use the spa early. The hotel is in a great location - a very quiet area on the weekends as it’s the business district, but only a short 15 min walk to the centre of Dublin where the shops are. Also only a 10 min walk to Connolly station.

We stayed in a quadruple room.forba concert. It had one double and two single beds. Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was enough space for the 4 of us to move around. It was one of our Birthdays and wr paid extra for the room.to be decorated plus cake and fruit which was nice. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly.
