We came with our 3 year old son for a trip / to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Thank you for the celebratory message / dessert in the room! It was a lovely big family room perfect for our needs. Friendly staff - lovely touch for the hotel manager to come round at breakfast to greet guest. We loved the pool area - children's pool inset to main pool and jacuzzi right beside it. Evening meal in bar very good with lovely view of river and live music. Playground beside hotel went down well. Lovely river walk from hotel - had a nice morning 5k jog! Thank you for a lovely stay.

As we were visiting family in the region we didn’t really have much time to visit Ferns itself but did have dinner in The Courtyard and it was outstanding!
If you are staying outside of Ferns itself, or wish to explore, you would need a car, but there are buses from the centre of Ferns to other towns such as Wexford.
