Excellent central location. Nice living room and kitchen. Beds were comfortable and linens were good. Host left some basic food items e.g. milk , bread, butter ... Expected to hear lots of traffic noise but in fact slept very well!

Very spacious guesthouse with comfort in mind. So impressed with the gracious host and ideal location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as trails for walking around the bay. Highly recommend and I will return!

Ben is young, but ab absolutely fantastic host and a great cook! He was very personable, had great conversation and he cooked us an absolutely delightful 4 course meal, Italian themed. He also arranged a packed breakfast for us. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Would absolutely stay again!
