Dungarvan is a great town with nice people.

Dungarvan is a great town with nice people. There are newer built shopping facilities in the town that are not really that great compared to the feeling of the main square and its surrounding boutique type shops and bars. Took the train from Dublin Heuston station to Waterford direct (2 hrs 15 mins) and used local X55 coach from Waterford town Bus station (5 mins walk over the bridge) and onto Dungarvan (50 Mins), made the journey really easy.

We were just staying to cycle the Greenway.

We were just staying to cycle the Greenway. The greenway is a great amenity. It is very easy to hire bikes locally. It is a very nice town, loads of places to eat & drink. There was areal party summer feel in the town in the evenings. There are plenty of activities nearby lots of places to walk & beaches.

Beautiful house in an excellent location, plenty of parking outside and you are an easy stroll from plenty of restaurants and pubs in Dungarvan. The house is spacious, modern and nicely decorated. The bedrooms are large with very comfy beds, the master bedroom in particular is fabulous. Yvonne is so friendly and accommodating, she was in contact with plenty of information before our stay and kept in touch while we were there. Truly enjoyed our stay and the house, will definitely be back!

The location is superb - the balcony overlooks the town and inlets from the sea, and you can get to the town square in just minutes on foot. There are multiple bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes' walk too. We managed to get a free car park space for the whole weekend we were there. The apartment itself is terrific, and very well appointed. There is a very handy supermarket, and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking simple meals in the compact but well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful luxurious B & B. The breakfast was the best cooked that I have had, lovely homemade bread and beautiful cutlery and crockery. Felt like we were in a 5* hotel. Very helpful host giving us helpful local information and ordered a taxi for us. Luxurious bedroom, very comfortable bed and large bathroom with a rain shower and jacuzzi bath. Very quiet location.

Very good location. Free car park at the rear - but very hard to get a space. Staff very friendly - especially the young staff on Breakfast duty. Breakfast was very fresh and even though it was busy, it came promptly - and with a smile. A great town to go exploring down side streets and lots of outdoor dining options.

Alistair and Catherine are very friendly and gave us great tips on area attractions. On their recommendation we visited the copper coast...which we hadn't planned on. Best part of the trip! Thank you so much for making our visit to Waterford a memorable one. We'll definitely visit Follies again.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and just perfect for our 2 night getaway with out dog. The bed was super comfy and the staff were exceptional and even arranged for us to have dinner indoors with our dog at their sister restaurant, a rare treat for any people travelling in Ireland with a pet.

This B&B feels like a mini 4 or 5 star boutique hotel, camouflaged in a suburban housing estate, and you should definitely stay here! The breakfast was delicious and extremely well presented and the hostess was exceptionally friendly, warm and inviting!
