Misinformation the location was too far to start with nothing like the picture looks like what you see , the rooms were dingy and filty she has a dead cat lying around the shed , not a good place to stay we booked for two nights we only stayed for one night , too scary of a place dust and cob webs every where . Not a good place it should be taken off site

After all, the owner, Tom, has given me an air matress for free the second night and didnt't mind me to sleep in the vault, on the bathroom floor, so it was like having a studio instead of staying in my own tent.

Loved the peace of the surroundings and having the decked area to sit outside. Only about 2km from Borris. Was attending a wedding in Borris and needed to take my dog with me. Inside was well finished to a high standard with great shower. Had milk, tea, coffee and butter provided. Even asked if I needed anything else when arrived. Bed was extremely comfortable.
