The hotel has only been open a few months and is still virtually new in everything, consequently it was pretty much perfect.. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was immacuately clean.

This place is in a lovely remote town, on a large site shared with the owner. Spacious, nice living room dining room with a small kitchen space. The sofas are extremely comfortable and can be used as beds. There is a large double room and a very small box room also.

The view from our room over the estuary was stunning, with lots of varied birdlife visible from our room - Grey Heron, Little Egret, House Martins, etc. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast varied.
