Pretty much the place for a quiet and relaxing weekend. The view is top notch where you can just chill and let your tired body absorb all the freshness of the river. Healthy food options too which we tried.
This beautiful and historic castle is set within 1,000 acres of woodland. On the banks of the River Moy, it boasts a restaurant made from the remains of a 17th-century Spanish galleon.

A architecturally quirky but very good, family-run hotel with interesting rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - especially Stephen the bar manager - and the evening dinner was superb with excellent food and service. Very comfortable and clean. All in all, an enjoyable experience.

This is a place we always use when in the area. Spotless, modern and spacious rooms. We love the two room apartment and there is tea and coffee making facilities (plus a fridge in a communal area) and a handy check in (pin code). Perfect location on a pretty courtyard and beautiful food and atmosphere in the restaurant within the courtyard. I find it great value for money and its private and quiet and feels safe. You can park up and explore on foot as it is so central. Lots of toiletries and very clean bedrooms with large tvs. Perfect!

Patricia is a wonderfully warm and welcoming host. She offers exceptional service and a wonderful home-cooked breakfast at the guest's preferred time each morning. The rooms are spotless and the beds are very comfortable. Wifi is excellent speed and doesn't drop out. It's a very picturesque drive to get there too. We highly recommend Lisduvogue House.
Ballina is a friendly and very interesting town. There are many places of interest with interest boards and murals explaining about people and places. The Jackie Clarke Collection is well worth a visit, and it is free. You can read about many people and events in the town and surrounding area then go visit them. It is clear the War of Independence and the Civil War had huge effects upon the town and surrounding area.

Plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants in this picturesque town on the river Moy. We can see why Jack Charlton loved the place. We enjoyed watching the anglers waste deep in the river fishing for salmon. We had dinner in the hotel on both evenings and the food was great.

A lovely town, with lots to see and do in the area, nice places to eat, close to many other nice places to visit, so a good base for the area. Get out and enjoy the music and arts, and its ambition to be the most climate friendly town.

Would recommend Ballina for a break , people are lovely, Ballina Manor hotel was so friendly, staff could not do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble to them. Would definitely go back to Ballina again. Would also definitely go back to Ballina Manor hotel again.
Amanda was fantastic and she went out of her way to let us arrive early and everything was laid on that you could need within the apartment for a few days stay, all the little extras that were left made it a wonderful place to stay the apartment was very comfortable and situated in the centre of town, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would recommend it to anyone that was planning to visit Ballina for a few days or a few weeks and would definitely stay there again if I was visiting thank you for a lovely stay.
This is a lovely B&B. Super friendly host. The bed was comfy and this place is spotlessly clean. We stayed as a stop off to break the drive into North Mayo and there is plenty of amenities nearby to spend an evening. It’s a short drive to the seaweed baths and lovely beach and swimming pier at Enniscrone. The breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the rest of the day. Breege even gave us some
Scones to take away too! Highly recommend.
If your looking for an authentic irish stay without the frills but couldn't be more welcoming and real without giving up any amenities, this is the place. Everything! From the moment I booked it til the day we were going home we had easy communication with our host. The best time in the most comfy stylish spotless accomodation full of little quirks. A welcome pack & message on arrival. Walking distance into town. Shop/petrol station across the road. Central location to explore the Mayo North coast. We will definitely be returning!
The property location is lovely, with nice gardens. It's located in a nice, quiet, off-main road site an away from any traffic, but right next door to Ballina, which is great. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna on site were basic but nonetheless a really great bonus! Everything in the hotel itself was perfectly okay and no major complaints.
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Relaxing vibe, comfortable rooms, lovely location. Best dinner I had in Ireland. Spent a lot of time walking the grounds and enjoying the spa (pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna). Good breakfast. Nice bar. Enjoyed the Falcon walk with Anna. Short drive to get to town.
Location was good very close to town centre . Very good as a base for traveling around mayo to achill island innishchrone easkey local parks and the river Moy.. breakfast sevice was good anthing you required was catered for nothing was to much trouble.
Spotlessly clean house, comfortable bed linen, lots of space for everyone in our party of 5 adults. House equipped with everything needed for stay. Central location to tour Sligo and Mayo. Lots to see and do, places to eat and drink and shop.
Superb location by the Brosna River in Ballina Co Mayo, warm welcome by very friendly staff, and although the hotel was quiet due to pandemic we were made to feel very special.
Our dinner and breakfast were both top class.
Exceptionally clean, very spacious and comfortable and a great location either to explore Ballina or as a base for other parts of Mayo and Sligo. The hosts were lovely to deal with, great communication throughout.
