Hotel was so much more than we expected, absolutely beautiful, staff were fab, so friendly, nothing was a problem. The food was gorgeous, we ended up eating there both nights it was so good. The buffet breakfast offers everything you would expect and more. We will definitely be back.

Wow! This place is amazing! To stay in a castle is special but Markree is stunningly beautiful and true 5 star. Spacious rooms, super comfy bed, huge bathroom. Everything worked! Delicious dinner and breakfast.
The grounds were well maintained and we could explore everywhere.

Brand new hotel so everything very smart . Good location. Friendly staff. Bed very comfortable .
The welcome we received was exceptional. After a long drive from Belfast the freshly made plate of sandwiches saved the day. The owners couldn’t be more helpful and the property was very clean and comfortable. We will return and would recommend anyone to stay. It was close to local amenities and to the dual carriage way when we went exploring.
