The staff were very lovely and helpful, we could even take our bikes in the airport shuttle when returning to the airport which was a relief for us. Breakfast was great with many different options, including hot food local specialties to try but also with western options like hot eggs, toast, cereal etc and of course delicious fresh fruit. Tangerang is a modest suburb of Jakarta adjacent to the main international airport. It comprises a modern development of high-rise blocks accommodating hotels and offices which serve the many visitors and tourists transiting through the airport, but is generally a humble, busy and somewhat chaotic neighbourhood. It has many small businesses along the road which may appeal to local customers but I did not see anything which would appeal to a visitor, even less a tourist.
The hotels sit within an oasis of modern, good quality, gated calmness surrounded by the humble chaos described above. I felt perfectly safe and comfortable within the confines of the hotel but if it were not for the need or desire to stay at an airport hotel, I cannot think of any reason that a visitor would wish to spend time there.

Location was great around 10 minutes to the Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Free wifi extremely lousy. No wifi in the room. If you need to use wifi you must stay around the corridor to get signal. The banting at the lobby information are not accurate.
1) Wifi only at the corridor
2) Major credit cards accepted not true. I wanted to pay with my credit card they don’t accept and ask if I have a debit card. I give them my BigPay Visa (a debit card) but cannot be used. I have used my BigPay card at a few places in Jepara how come it can’t be use in major city like Jakarta???? So I have to pay my rooms with cash

So close to International Departures especially for Early...
So close to International Departures especially for Early morning travel. Even had Breakfast laid out in Lobby at 2am and all was great Hot water, couple of waters. Toothbrush and toothpaste and Comb too in bathroom. Room Service which for me was much needed just to hang in the room. Segregated Smoking area in main lobby so you don't have to leave hotel or smoke in room. Has a Gift Shop.

We went through Jakarta to Bali. if you are on a business trip then yes this Hotel is fine. But it is around 30-40 away from Airport. Also, we didn't like Jakarta for sightseeing much. but the Hotel facilities and open-air pool were nice.
I stayed at the Digital Airport Hotel to catch an early flight to the UK. The location was very strategic for both domestic and international check-in. The pod was clean and comfortable, equipped with electricity plugs, adjustable lights, a mirror, an air conditioner, and a TV. Large luggage storage lockers are available. The toilet, shower rooms, and praying room were easily accessible. The safety and privacy were good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was nice, they brought it into my room (maybe because Covid19 restrictions). For me the location was everything, because I arrived late afternoon and had morning flight out, so I didn't want to go out to Jakarta city (or even Tangerang).
Room was very spacious and there were lots of options for eating at the airport, hotel also had room service with good options.
I will stay here again if my flight schedule is same next time!
Nice and quiet hotel, good location. Airport shuttle transport is very efficient and on time. Close to the airport, but also close to the city centre by taxi. Room was well equipped and clean. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good, a lot of choices. Wifi worked well. Staff was fantastic and always ready to help.
I really thanks to the driver who pick me at Airport. he was so really kind and helpful, he gave a lot information about the location and everything. i forgot his name but he was so really amazing part of the hotel. Glad that Kyriad Hotel has an amazing staff.
The staff were helpful. Our bathroom tap was leaking and they helped us change room immediately. The room was cosy and had plenty of amenities that other hotel rooms do not offer (including a washing machine, electric stove, pans, pots and cutleries).

It is a hotel in the airport. We had a tight connection and needed some sleep in-between flights. It was excellent to arrive in 5 minutes, and walk to your terminal in the morning with out having to worry about getting there on time,
the location was ok. easy to find food as it’s inside Tang City Mall area. the room was comfortable with a modern design. outdoor area was great too bad the pool was closed during our stay. the staff were all friendly.
