I arrived at the location around 22.00. The gate was closed and knocked/called. I need time to do that and then officer came out. Looks like an impression. As soon as he said he had booked, he answered that he would have a look first and it would take a really long time to check. Finally I left and look for another hotel. even though I have already paid. Service is really bad.
The location is just 10 minutes away from the airport by car, and they have a free ariport shuttle that is on time. Great! Nice to have a pool and the room was silent. The staff is professional. It was also nice that we could drop our luggage at the hotel in the morning prior to checking in.
Very nice hotel with great amenities and very nice facilities. My flight was cancelled after I arrived to the airport and they sent their driver back to pick me up and allowed me to check back in easily, which was a life saver. They made a horrible scenario completely okay again.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel located right at the centre and close to everything that you need especially so many foods and restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast were super great.

we chose the accommodation because it was close to the train station Sidoarjo (we couldn’t catch the train that night and has to stay in Surabaya).

That’s an excellent hotel, but don’t book it here in you’re in transfer. It has special prices for transfer passengers, effectively half price from booking.com. Just show both tickets.
The location very close to mini maret ad coffee shop. Be aware this hotel doesn't give any soap or shampoo so you have to prepare yourself lucky it is. Beside mini market
