Location is good, variety of breakfast is excellent. Just little bit note here, chicken and some dessert (bolu and kue lapis) is quiet hard. All bubur variety also too sweet. Overall it's good.

Atria Residence is close to the mall and has a unique and quiet location. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is spacious. All tools are available in the room. They have a helpful and kind staff, especially Mrs. Lita, who in turn helped me facilitate the entry procedures, and also helped me transfer the bags to the room herself, and this service I did not see in any other hotels since my many experiences in other countries, and she also explained additionally about the city of Tangerang and the tourist sites And the services available nearby.. I thank the management of Atria Hotels for hiring employees like Mrs. Lita to harness the services for the residents

It was falsely advertised....the place I stayed was not shown in the booking pictures, there were cockroaches everywhere... I had to clean and sanitize everything myself. It says it has WiFi but it is not existent, hot water works for 30 seconds, host didn’t meet us and refused to give any partial refund for lying about the listing, fridge constantly leaked which was very dangerous for my two year old and she fell several times from the wet floor, smoked cigarettes on patio, burn holes on couches, very run down.

It is nice place, plenty of good restaurant, world class area, urban planning was good, surrounded by good Universities, stretch of road is clean and good food with international class easily found at Summarecon mall Serpong and Eon mall BSD city

Serpong is not very far from our home in Karawaci. Several options from our home to get to Serpong, but the shortest rute is almost always with traffic jam. The traffic in Serpong itself is so far ok, not too much of traffic jam

I liked to walk around at night and trying out the food stands. There was many malls and a lot of stuff to do in Serpong. I really enjoyed the city and people are very nice to foreigners.
It is a bit difficult to get around and you can feel the pollution, but there are cheap solutions such as Grab and more.
various type of breakfast : asian, indonesian, western, pastry all there! staffs were friendly and helpful. my room's interior was also beautiful! (but my friend booked another room and her room's looks different..? not sure why). in their room they have mini bar, kettle, and smart tv (so yeah you can watch n3tflix the app is there on their tv! but you have to login with ur acc)
location wise, its not too far from popular venues like AEON or ICE BSD (using online 0jek/taxis).
The staff were great. The room was ok. It's a great hotel for the price. Kettle in the room. Fridge in the room. Address to hot and cold water fountain! (We bought water bottles for convenience). We opted not to get the room cleaned whilst staying (don't want people moving/mooching through things) but we simply left the bins outside the door (they're off set so don't block doorways) and they were empty on return.
1st impression, The hotel have a pleasant perfume since we arrived at the lobby and during our stays.
The room was spacious and my daughter loved the bath bomb provided for the bathtub. All staffs were very and friendly.
Highlights of the stay was the breakfast buffet, Acquaree Spa for kids and Acqua Spa for mommy which equipped with very nice jacuzzi.
Looking forward for our next staycation at the hotel.

Breakfast is great as expected of a Santika Hotel chain. The room and all facilities in general are all up to the expected standard. It's also very conveniently close to ICE BSD + AEON Mall + food places, so very recommended to those who have events to attend there.
Hotel General: Cleanliness, very nice hotel staff, room including much personal care products, this was perfect! Breakfast buffet: Lots of choice, Croissants were crispy, which I thought was great as a Central European, the first Hotel after my third trip to Asia!
In this hotel anything was perfect. The rooms are modern, quiet and clean. The buffet brakfast is execellent. The pool area is great. Next to the reception is a convenience store. An outgoing zone with malls and life music is within a walking distance.
The breakfast is quite good. I think that there are lack amount of hotel staff for service the guest in maximum capacity.
