Atria Residence is close to the mall and has a unique and quiet location. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is spacious. All tools are available in the room. They have a helpful and kind staff, especially Mrs. Lita, who in turn helped me facilitate the entry procedures, and also helped me transfer the bags to the room herself, and this service I did not see in any other hotels since my many experiences in other countries, and she also explained additionally about the city of Tangerang and the tourist sites And the services available nearby.. I thank the management of Atria Hotels for hiring employees like Mrs. Lita to harness the services for the residents

It was falsely advertised....the place I stayed was not...
It was falsely advertised....the place I stayed was not shown in the booking pictures, there were cockroaches everywhere... I had to clean and sanitize everything myself. It says it has WiFi but it is not existent, hot water works for 30 seconds, host didn’t meet us and refused to give any partial refund for lying about the listing, fridge constantly leaked which was very dangerous for my two year old and she fell several times from the wet floor, smoked cigarettes on patio, burn holes on couches, very run down.

It is nice place, plenty of good restaurant, world class area, urban planning was good, surrounded by good Universities, stretch of road is clean and good food with international class easily found at Summarecon mall Serpong and Eon mall BSD city

Serpong is not very far from our home in Karawaci.
Serpong is not very far from our home in Karawaci. Several options from our home to get to Serpong, but the shortest rute is almost always with traffic jam. The traffic in Serpong itself is so far ok, not too much of traffic jam
I have experienced this hotel as a fantastic, warm and beautiful hotel. Fantastic service and a great smile!
The Mint & Pepper resto serves as a great breakfast room, but also for dinner or just a drink. Thanks to Pak Budi and his team.
Their is also a fantastic pool.
I would specifically like to thank Ms. Elsa Hindriyani and her team for taking care of cleaning my room everyday, doing the laundry and give me some extra attention to feel at home.
The staff were helpful, polite, responsive, and they made us feel welcomed.

The hotel location is convenient. Surrounded by nearby restaurants and Teras Kota mall.
The location to BSD and South Tangerang areas was great, which was the purpose of us booking in the first place. The welcome pack in the room was a nice touch. Staff were friendly.
Very good position if you need to stay in Serpong area. Just 30 minutes from airport and only 10 minutes from BSD area
