Nice view of the hotel and clear night sky while we rode the buggy to our room. The masseuse did s great Job for me while I needed some gentle massage for relaxation. She did not make poor remarks that upset my day.

Staffs from front desk to back of house like kitchen were all friendly and nice especially Rima. The hotel has all the facilities including in-house massage, billiard pool, bbq buffet, swimming pool and live music(Saturdays). We stayed in, only went out for shopping 3hrs. Good getaway in a quiet, far location from city.

The property is great, very peaceful and relaxing.
- the pool caters for kids and adult, i liked that it was like 7ft deep.
- the room is spaceous and clean, i like that my room faces the pool and the mountain with great sunrise.
- the food on the breakfast buffet is nice, there are a lot of options plus the fruits are good. My personal favourite is the chicken sausage fried rice and omelette.
- the ala carte food in the restaurant is good also, i tried the burger its very good plus the mocktails.
- the balinese massage is also good, worth the money.
- when i requested flat iron l, they provided it.
- all the staffs are very welcoming, they greet the guests everytime.
- sunset view is also good. Ambience during the night is good.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee station was a little out of the way. If the hotel served kueh lapis it would be perfect.
The area is definitely a family friendly place. Its wheelchair friendly too. The Balerang bridge makes the resort extra stunning. The only thing I don't like is that, there's too much fly around the breakfast area. Its not pleasant and not hygienic enough. Hope they can improve on this. Thank you!
