I needed an hotel close to the airport for the night and found Grandmas on Booking.com for $25. I found the stay to be excellent. The room was quiet, clean, and had a coffee station and room service menu. The WiFi was fast and reliable everywhere in the hotel and the restaurant was decently priced with good quality food. The staff was friendly and attentive and they even have a nice courtyard with a pool. How they can offer all this for only $25 a night is truly impressive. I HIGHLY recommend!

It was easy to get around but little to do nearby.
It was easy to get around but little to do nearby. A great turtle conservation centre that will keep most people occupied for up to an hour. It's very easy to get to the ports - one of the best port experiences I've had in Bali where you aren't overwhelmed by people trying to / demanding they order you taxis or sell you things.
