The staff is very polite, and they always try to help. The receptionist girl helped me rent a motorbike — thank you very much for this! The hotel provides a hearty, delicious, and varied breakfast (buffet style). Parking is free of charge. Good quality Wi-Fi. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. Five minutes walk from the hotel, you will find everything you need: shops, shopping centers, ATMs, and street food. A well developing city with good choice of food and infrastructures. A lively city too with easy accessibility most areas. Weekends are more congested and most restaurants serve good food. I had a finger licking fish head curry in Pauh Piaman. Few cafes have life entertainment too.

Depending on hotel location the place is good. The last time I went with my wife, nearby shops, be it shopping or food we enjoyed. This time round went with friends wrong hotel situation so did not enjoy much.

Short stay, arrived late - left early
Were met by kind staff, the room was big and clean, the beds were comfy. Enjoyed free bottles of water in the room and facilities to make tea/coffee.
Angkasa Hotel arranged our lift to the airport at a very fair rate.
We ended up staying twice at the hotel thats how much we loved it. Next to the airport and shuttle was complimentary. Tasty food at the restaurant, if not to your liking there are plenty of food options nearby.
